Safari 4 Beta

Now I’ve gone through my share of Apple love and Apple hate. Just last night I was preaching about how much they suck, when I stumbled across their new Safari browser. Still in beta, but even so, Safari 4 looked stunning. I quickly downloaded it looking for an alternative to chrome (which was blurring helvetica text smaller than 9pts) and safari seemed to be my answer. I used to use firefox back in the day when it was spreading like wildfire, but now that everyone uses it it seems less appealing. They have made their share of mistakes with speed and size, and quite frankly, firefox is getting sluggish. Sure I still have it installed, but I only open it to submit my own websites to stumble *wink*
Anyways, it seems like what apple decided to do was to copy Chrome, add a little more shininess, and call it their own. It’s great! Seriously I loved chrome, and thusly I love safari. If anyone here currently uses chrome, or is tired of firefox being slow, or dare I say, uses Interwebz Exploder, please check out the new Safari beta.
